س: لدي رخصة لشركة شخص واحد وهي شركة وساطة عقارية باسم كفيل إماراتي. لكن لدي توكيل عام باسمه. والآن أريد أن أغيّر الكفيل. تأشيرتي الآن تأشيرة عمل، كمدير عام، لكن يمكنني إضافة اسمي إلى الرخصة. ج: برجاء العلم أنه لا يجوز للأجانب إمتلاك رخصة عقارية، لذلك لا يمكنك إضافة اسمك إليها. بالإضافة إلى ذلك...

Real estate license can never be owned by expats. So you cannot add your name.

Further, the sponsor is not a sponsor but the real owner as per the records of the department. He can remove you and cancel the PoA but you cannot remove him without his consent.
