إنهاء خدمة موظف بسبب ميوله الجنسية

مرحبًا،

هل هناك أي أسس يُستند إليها لإنهاء خدمة الموظف إذا اكتشف صاحب العمل أن هويته أو ميوله الجنسية حرام؟

يرجى إخباري عن الأسباب التي تُعطي صاحب العمل الحق في إنهاء خدمتي إذا فعلت شيئًا أو تصرفًا معينًا.

Dear questioner,

Your inquiry is never related to the federal labor law of the UAE. If the employer insists to terminate your contract regarding that, it is because of his personal thoughts.

However, if he tries to do that with you, it will be considered as arbitrary dismissal and he should compensate you with 3 months salary.

Thank you for your answer.

My employer told me that he has evidence that I sent messages to our Production Manager in which I confess to like him. He will submit it to Police and Labor.

Does it mean that I can be arrested for such reasons; being homosexual?

Now the scenario had been changed by you. You should call me please in order to discuss this matter in detail especially now; you are in a very bad situation and if we will not defend you, the judge will issue the judgment to deport you from the country and you will never come in again.

Hi sir,

The incident happened back long ago and I got my termination letter last November. My employer asked me to stay and finish my visa. So I'm still here working for them.

I think they don't have solid proof of my gender identity. That's why they want me to stay until I finish my visa.
