التخلف عن سداد بطاقات الائتمان والتفاوض مع البنوك لتسويتها

علي مستحقات في ثلاث بطاقات ائتمان:

البنك الأول – 18000 درهم.

البنك الثاني – 18000 درهم.

البنك الثالث – 20,000 درهم.

إنني حقًا غير قادرًا على سداد ديوني وأتعرض للمضايقة من جانب البنوك، كما أنهم سيرفعون قضية ضدي. كنت أسدد كافة المستحقات بشكل مستمر منذ عام 2018. ولكنني مررت بأوقات عصيبة ولم أتمكن من السداد منذ يناير 2020.

أرغب في تسوية الديون لكنهم لا يمنحونني فرصة؛ ويقولون دائمًا أنهم سيرفعون قضية ضدي. أنا لا أحاول الهروب. لقد أخبرتهم أنني سأدفع بمجرد أن أجد وظيفة.

ما هي أفضل طريقة لتسوية الأمر لأنني أخطط لمغادرة البلاد في غضون عام؟ حتى الآن، أنا عاطل عن العمل منذ يناير 2020 ومن الصعب العثور على وظيفة في الوقت الحالي. أنا على استعداد لأن أدفع مقابل خدماتك.

Did you perform the travel ban checking and you are sure there is no criminal or/and civil case opened against you?

From my experience until now, if a person is not paying his loan for more than 1 year, usually the bank starts legal action against that person.

If you are sure that there are no cases filed against you, then you need to provide the banks with proof that you are jobless together with a bank statement.

In case you cannot reach any settlement with them, please send me an email and we will take over your case and communicate with banks.

Yes, I have checked my criminal records through Dubai police. There are no records.

And I haven’t paid them since Jan 2020. I will email you for sure.
