If the bank has filed a civil claim against you in DIFC small tribunal, then you don't have the option. Make your defense in court. You should meet a lawyer with all your court papers and make a proper defense. There is no use trying to settle with the bank now. You may try to settle the matter in court only so meet company lawyer in court hearings date and offer a settlement. It may be considered if you give a reasonable settlement.
