Good Morning, Due to the global pandemic, Hotels and Tourism business is majorly effected and that resulted in my 50% salary reduction for the month of March, April 2020. I am not sure if I might get paid these coming months as well. My wife is a Cabin Crew and is effected with the same salary reduction scenario and due to no flights assigned is getting paid only 20% of the actual she was earning before the Covid-19 outbreak. I politely requested my landlord to either decrease rent for the month my salary will be effected or extend the tenancy contract free of charge for a few months, that will ease my financial burden for the Year 2020. Please guide me through this financial crisis & rental relief situation. Thank you

A labor court judgment was ruled in my favor (I'm an employee) in December 2019, against my ex-employer, for nonpayment of salaries, expense claims, and gratuity. Unfortunately, they still haven't settled my dues. Worse, the owners left the country and the company no longer exists in its physical form; there is only a legal structure. They do not have any assets either. Does it make sense to still seek judgment execution? Also, are there any provisions to pursue the execution order in their present country of residence?

السلام عليكم، قضيتي إنتربول من العراق والقضية منتهية في الأردن وأخذت قرار فيها من المحكمة ببراءتي؛ فهي قضية ملفقة وغير قانونية وغير صحيحة. قدمت إلى دبي وسُحب جوازي في المطار لأن الاسم لم يُسحَب من الإنتربول الدولي.

امتنع المحامي عن إعطائي الربع القانوني بعد صدور الحكم بسبب رفضي إعطائه أتعاب المحاماة التي حكمت لي المحكمة بها والاقتصار على دفع أتعابه بموجب اتفاقية الأتعاب. يقول أن له الحق بأتعاب المحكمة والأتعاب التي اتفقنا عليها. ما الحل القانوني لهذه المشكلة؟
