Charging an employee for employment expenses

Q: I am a first timer here in Dubai. My employer wants to charge me all her expenses incurred during my application; like medical examination, visa, work permit… A: It is the employer’s obligation to pay all visa costs. Please inform them that you will not pay. This may result in losing the job…

It is the employer's obligation to pay all visa costs. Please inform them that you will not pay.

However, this may result in losing the job, in which case, you should take all evidence (whats app, emails, etc) of the employer in which he asks you to pay to the Ministry of Human Resources and complain to them about the employer.
