Avoiding labor ban because of overstay after visa cancellation

Hello,

I have processed cancellation myself. The 30-day period has been over. I have received my decision 8 days ago but the amount is pending.

Now, my visa has been canceled, and my new company is taking days to take out the new visa because the new company's visa quota is temporarily blocked.

Will I undergo a labor ban?

In case of cancellation, you receive a cancellation paper from the General Directorate of Immigration and Nationality. So did they mention the word "ban"?

No, they did not mention a ban.

But I have processed cancellation myself and after 30 days of the cancellation, I have to leave the country as per the law.

Yes, within 28 days, you must leave or change your status. If you encounter any problems with the new visa, you can obtain a tourist visa.

If I fail to do so?

Because my new company is just telling me that we will take out visa in a few days.

You can obtain a tourist visa.

Ok, I will.

But what about the 10-13 days I have overstayed?

You can pay the violation fine "25 dirhams" for each day and 100 dirhams for the first day.

No ban?

No ban.

Good luck!
