سداد القرض بعد الاعتقال ودفع الغرامة

لقد تم إلقاء القبض علي بالفعل بسبب شيك مرتجع، ودفعت غرامة إلى المحكمة وبعد ذلك تم إطلاق سراحي.

تبلغ قيمة الشيك 35000 درهم. في الوقت الحالي يطلب مني البنك مرة أخرى دفع 57000 درهم، ويريدون مني أن أسددها دفعة واحدة أو على ستة أقساط كحد أقصى؛ أي 5800 درهم شهريًا. هذا الأمر مستحيل، تبلغ قيمة راتبي 8000 درهم فقط ولدي أسرة وأطفال.

إنهم يريدون الآن اتخاذ الإجراءات ضدي في بلدي. كما أنهم يهددون والدي هناك.

Yes, they filed a civil case already and I got arrested and paid fine to the court and they are threatening again to pay the full amount.
