Settling a court decision from abroad after paying the loan
Hello,
I have an unpaid loan in Dubai. The bank filed a case against me and I have already a court decision.
After paying the demand of the bank, how can I settle the court decision?
Do I need to be in Dubai for the trial?
Please clarify whether you have a criminal or a civil case against you?
If you already settled the outstanding amount with the bank, you need to request the letter from the bank that your loan is closed.
Then we can help you to close the case, either criminal or civil.

Dear questioner,
I think the bank has a criminal case against you. It is better to have a settlement agreement with the bank (be careful and ensure you know the agreement terms before paying the bank), then the bank will issue you a clearance letter to remove the criminal case.
If the bank has a civil case, then you shall have an agreement to have a clearance letter from the bank if you paid the court to close any criminal case against you.

Dear client,
Thanks for your query, if you will pay directly to the bank, you should get a waiver letter from the bank called Tanazul in Arabic. So you have 2 ways to close the case:
1) Pay directly to the bank to get Tanazul and submit the same to the court.
2) Pay the decided amount in the execution department of court and clear your name.
Thanks!

Dear questioner,
I can assist you with obtaining the full and final settlement letter from the bank and remove any travel bans and arrest warrants that have been registered against your name.
Please send me a copy of your passport and court decision.
