إنكار المطالبات الباطلة المُقدمة من البنك بعد سداد كافة المستحقات بالكامل

لقد استخدمت بطاقة ائتمان لمدة تقل عن عام واحد في 2013. لقد دفعت المبلغ بالكامل وكانت قيمة كشف الحساب الأخير صفرًا. تقدمت بطلب لإلغاء البطاقة في نفس العام حيث كانت هناك رسوم بطاقة سيتم فرضها بدايةً من السنة الثانية.

بعد ذلك، لم أتلق أي كشوف حساب أو رسائل. وبعد مرور ثماني سنوات، تلقيت رسالة نصية في 19 فبراير لدفع 86,000 درهم قبل حلول 13 مارس. لقد تواصلت مع البنك ولم يقدموا لي أي تفاصيل واضحة.

Dear Questioner,

If this is all about charges, you can negotiate with the bank to remove all of them paying very small fees.

Another option is that you file a case against the bank to remove all these charges. Also, you have to consider that the bank will never claim through its collection office.

Also, you can file a complaint to the central bank.

There are a lot of options, but it is better to have a statement of the account, then you can move forward.

In this case, you should arrange a personal meeting with the collection department of the bank. 

If it will be unsuccessful, and they file a case against you and you have a final settlement with you, your position in the case shall be good. But this is too early to comment on any kind of future outcome.
