رفع قضية ضد صاحب العمل بسبب خفض المدفوعات
تم بيع الشركة التي أعمل بها بسبب الخسائر. يقول صاحب العمل أن الموظفين بحاجة إلى قبول خفض مستحقاتهم لتقاسم الأعباء.
صاحب العمل غير مقيم في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. إذا ذهبت إلى المحكمة وربحت القضية، ماذا أفعل للتأكد من أن صاحب العمل سيدفع إذا لم يكن مقيمًا في دولة الإمارات ويقول أنه ليس لديه نقود يدفعها؟
