مرحبًا،

تم نقلي إلى مطار دبي بواسطة سائق إماراتي اصطدم بمؤخرة سيارة. واصلت رحلة العمل إلى غرب إفريقيا، لكنني كنت أعاني من ازدواج الرؤية لفترة وجيزة، وصداع مستمر وتيبس في الرقبة والظهر.

عند وصولي، طلبت أن يفحصني طبيب الشركة وقام بتشخيص إصابتي على إنها ارتجاج خفيف، وأمرني بالراحة في الفراش مما أثر على جدولي الزمني.

استمر الصداع لمدة ثلاثة أيام، رغم أنني استأنفت برنامج رحلتي في اليوم التالي بعد إجراء فحص إضافي.

هل يمكنك إخباري إذا كان بإمكاني المطالبة بالحصول على التعويض وما هي الإجراءات اللازمة لذلك؟

If you did not get serious health damages or disability, you can claim of course, but the amount will be very small, so your legal expenses will exceed the compensation amount.

1. Did you report this incident to the police?

2. Do you have the treatment record?

If yes, then we have a way to proceed with claims.

I do not have a police report. I guess that it could be secured from Emirates. I can get medical assessments; they were performed by the company medical doctor.

A previous comment said that the claim would not cover legal expenses and therefore would not be worth it?

The basic document is the police report followed by a court judgment, then medical records.

Court will examine you through the medical team under the ministry of justice if it is required to assess your medical condition.

All legal expenses will be covered in compensation such as court and egal fees. Lawyer fees will not be covered.
