Getting banned after resignation in unlimited contracts
I have an unlimited contract, I have sent a resignation letter mentioning that I am ready to serve the notice period, can my employer ban me?

If you follow the agreement, there should be no ban from your employer, but you might get a ban from the MOHR automatically.
It is all based on many factors, like what kind of employment contract you have and how long time you are working in the company.

Dear Questioner,
No, your employer cannot ban you when you resign from an unlimited contract and you serve the notice period.
