أعمل بموجب عقد عمل غير محدد المدة، لقد أرسلت خطاب الاستقالة أوضح فيه أنني مستعد لقضاء فترة الإشعار، هل يمكن أن يفرض علي صاحب العمل حرمانًا؟

Visa expenses are obligated by the business owner. As for paying a salary in order to leave the company, it is not permitted because your contract is unlimited.

If you follow the agreement, there should be no ban from your employer, but you might get a ban from the MOHR automatically.
