المطالبة بالمستحقات العمالية المعلقة أثناء التواجد في الوطن

أنا موظف بإحدى المستشفيات مستقيل حديثًا هنا في إمارة أبو ظبي، لم أحصل على راتبي عن الأشهر التالية كما هو مذكور أدناه:

يونيو 2019 – 10,000 درهم

يوليو 2019 – 10,000 درهم

أكتوبر 2019 – 10,000 درهم

نوفمبر 2019 – 6,500 درهم (حصلت على 3,500 درهم فقط)

ديسمبر 2019 – 6,200 درهم (حصلت على 3,800 درهم فقط)

يناير 2020 – 7,400 درهم (حصلت على 2,600 درهم فقط)

يُستثنى من تلك الرواتب المعلقة مكافأة نهاية الخدمة (الراتب الأساسي 2000 درهم) بالإضافة إلى أجر الإجازات المستحقة لي لعام 2019 مدتها 45 يومًا حيث تم إخباري أنه سيتم استلام المبلغ عند انتهاء الخدمة.

أعتزم العودة إلى بلدي على الفور والعودة لاحقًا للمطالبة بالحصول على التسوية من المستشفى لأنه من الصعب الحياة هنا دون وجود أي مصدر للدخل.

ما هو أفضل إجراء ممكن يمكنني اتخاذه؟

The best way is to write a contract settlement of dues signed by the managers as the first party and you as the second party and it is documented (in case of desire) by the notary or you receive future checks on different dates.

The settlement computation by my company will be made available by 1st week of April according to our HR as verbally stated upon completion of my clearance.

If ever, I will execute a Power of Attorney for somebody because of my desire to immediately go home at the soonest possible time.

What documents do I need and how much would it cost me for the Power of Attorney?
