Defaulting on credit card payments issued with wife's name

I lost my job in the UAE and returned home with a bank loan and credit card debts. I had additional cards with my wife's first name on them.

My questions are:

1. Will my wife be able to travel to the UAE or is she subject to my travel ban?

2. How can I pay my debt from overseas if my UAE bank account is not active?

Dear Questioner,

If your wife has a credit card debt under her name, then the bank has the right to deposit her guarantee cheque and file a case against her.

If the bank has already completed these steps, then your wife would have a travel ban registered against her prohibiting her from entering the UAE.

Please contact me via email to discuss further including removing the travel ban on both of you and repayment of debts from overseas.

Dear questioner,

As your wife has defaulted on loan payments, banks must have initiated a criminal case with a travel ban on her name.

We can help you in this case.

Kindly contact us via phone for a detailed discussion or write us an email for further assistance.

If the bank filed a criminal case against your wife, she will be arrested once she enters the UAE. The same situation about you.

We suggest checking if you and your wife have any criminal, civil cases or ban. Then based on the report we will provide you with a solution.
