The consequences of canceling the sponsoring family member's visa

Q: Dear Madam,
Currently, I am residing in the UAE on a sponsorship visa (valid till 26/01/2020) of my husband and working with UAE work permit which is valid till 02/02/2020.
Currently, my husband's visa expired and, due to some internal issues, his visa is not renewed and subsequently, it will affect the renewal of my visa also.
So, in this situation, what can I do?
Do I need to cancel my visa and go back to the home country until his visa issuance problem is resolved?
Would this cancellation affect my work permit?

The cancellation of wife's visa upon canceling husband's visa

Q: Good day,
When we left Dubai a few years ago, we did not get exit permits before leaving and have not been back since that time.
I did resign from my job before leaving and I have proof that the company did cancel my visa after leaving. I also closed all accounts and paid all debts before leaving.
I sponsored my wife as "housewife not allowed to work". To my understanding, her visa would have automatically canceled when the company canceled mine. She never worked and never had any loans, accounts, etc.
Is there any risk or problem we might experience if we want to transit through Dubai or visit Dubai again because we did not cancel her visa and didn't get exit permits before leaving?
Thank you!

Hello,
I am a manager of an LLC company with 25% share. In February 2003, a partner joined the company with a 25% share.
After two months, he didn’t like the company and left. After two years, we did not know where he was. We just heard that he left to Tunisia before his visa expired.
What to do with his 25% share, please?

Can an employer post an employee’s photo on social media without their consent? 0
Hello,
Can an employer post an employee's photo on social media, LinkedIn or Instagram, without the employee's consent?
Secondly, the employer is forcing the employee to update the company details in the employee's profile.
I believe LinkedIn and Instagram are personal profiles and one cannot be forced to update the details. This photo was taken in the office.
