Filing a complaint because of harassment for debt collection
Hi,
Can I file a complaint for being harassed to collect my debts to a bank here in Dubai?
They've been calling me in my landline office and they've been calling my boss as well at work.
Can you help me?

It is an illegal act to harass for the recovery of loan money. They can take action but can’t misbehave or harass you.
You may file a criminal complaint in the nearest police station against the person who is harassing or abusing you or your reputation.
You may file a complaint to the Central Bank against the bank if it is done by a bank employee.

It's not good to harass you. You can file a case of defamation if he has harassed you with the evidence to support your claim.
