الاستقالة قبل التاريخ المحدد في عقود العمل محددة المدة

هل سيتم فرض حرمان ضدي إذا قدمت استقالتي أو طلبت إلغاء تأشيرتي؟

لم أوقع خطاب عرض العمل أو عقد العمل مع الشركة. لم أوقع إلا عقد عمل مُقدم من مركز تسهيل.

أعمل بموجب عقد عمل محدد مدته عامين ولقد أمضيت ثمانية أشهر من العمل لدى الشركة.
