What is the process involved in providing Power of Attorney?
I am traveling out of the country for good. I would like to know the procedures to issue a POA to follow up on the execution proceedings of my labor partial case for which a verdict was already pronounced.
In order to grant a POA to someone, you will need a lawyer to draft out the POA for you in Arabic and English and you will have to sign it before a notary public.
This POA will allow your representative to participate in any court proceedings regarding your case.

1- You can go to the notary in your country.
2- Authenticate it from your competent authorities.
3- Attest it in the UAE embassy.
4- Send it to be authenticated by the authorities inside the Emirates.
