The effects of an unpaid loan outside GCC countries

Dear Sir,

I have an unpaid loan from a Bank in the UAE, and credit cards as well.

I left the UAE and now I need to know if there will be Interpol issues in case I want to travel to any country other than GCC countries?

Please advise.

In the event that your name is placed on the Interpol Red Notice, there will be a problem with you.

In addition to that, travelling to Gulf countries must be forgotten until your conditions are settled with the bank.

But is there any way to check if my name has been put on Interpol Red Notice because I am not sure about this and I want to know?
