Q: I have a personal loan debt in Saudi Arabia. I am looking now to get a job in Dubai.
Will I be allowed to work in Dubai, as the money I will make will allow me then to pay back the debt in Saudi in full probably by the end of next year?
Please let me know if a travel ban in Saudi is applicable to other GCC countries like Dubai.
I really need some advice as I have been struggling to get a job and had to leave Saudi as I was gonna have my contract not renewed and had to process my divorce as well.
Thanks

Possibility of entering the GCC with an unpaid loan in the UAE
8
Q: Good day, Sir,
I have one question. My brother in law ran away from his debt with Dubai Islamic Bank amounting to around AED 165,000.00.
Now, he is planning to apply for a job in Saudi Arabia. Is there any possible way for us to check if he is banned within the GCC countries?
Will he be arrested once he enters the GCC countries?
Thanks

Extradition treaties between UAE and Bahrain regarding an outstanding loan
4
Q: Dear Ahmed,
I left the UAE three months ago after losing my job with an outstanding loan and credit cards.
Two of my bank guarantee cheques of AED 20.000, and AED 612,000 (real outstanding is AED 410K) have bounced in December and a police case is likely to be registered against me.
But actually I’m planning to start a new job in Bahrain beginning of next month, then continue repaying from abroad. My residency visa in Bahrain has been issued yesterday without any problem.
If a police case is registered against me in the UAE, will this stop me at the airport in Bahrain while trying to enter, or other GCC countries?.
And am I under risk of being deported to the UAE legally?
My loan outstanding is AED 410K. Total cards outstanding 100K.
Thanks in advance

How can I make sure it is safe to travel to the GCC if I left the UAE with unpaid loans?

Q: I lived and worked in the UAE from 2014-2016. At that time, I had credit cards and loans.
I returned home for the summer and my grandmother became ill not allowing me to return.
I'm trying to settle all or any debt against me, if possible, to be eligible to return to any part of the GCC, and I want to know my odds of being able to do so.
Thank you for any help or advice given.

Hello,
Can an employer post an employee's photo on social media, LinkedIn or Instagram, without the employee's consent?
Secondly, the employer is forcing the employee to update the company details in the employee's profile.
I believe LinkedIn and Instagram are personal profiles and one cannot be forced to update the details. This photo was taken in the office.

If someone has a case in the UAE, can they travel to another GCC country? 0
Hi.
One of my friends joined a Telegram group. They said, "We will transfer some amount to your account, and your task is to transfer this amount to another account. Once the task is completed, you will get 30 or 50 AED per task."
He completed 3 to 4 tasks, but he realized it was not good, so he stopped. After one week, when he opened his account, it was blocked, and the bank said, "We are conducting an investigation; after this, we will let you know."
After some days, he had an accident and went to his home country. He then received a call from a landline number, which was from the Abu Dhabi police station.
They said, "We have received a complaint against you; come to our investigation department." However, due to his surgery and treatment, he could not go.
After some time, his bank account was reopened, and he did not receive any further calls. I want to know, if he comes back to the UAE or goes to any other GCC country, will he face any problems?
If someone has a case in the UAE, can they travel to another GCC country?
Please advise!

I am seeking your legal advice regarding a friend who was previously imprisoned in Abu Dhabi. His case there is now closed, but he has another ongoing case in Dubai.
Currently, we have lost contact with him and are unsure of his whereabouts. How can we check where he is or access any other legal facility?
Are there legal procedures to locate a person with an ongoing case?
What steps should we take to get more information about his status and legal position?
