Defaulting on a bank loan and facing civil legal action

A bank has filed a criminal case on cheque bounce. I was taken to court and I paid AED 1,000 fines to the court.

After this, every month I pay an amount between AED 500 to 1,000 to the bank.

Last month, I did not pay the amount, so the bank is threatening me that they will file a civil case and put an immediate travel ban on me.

They are not signing any settlement document as of now.

They are offering me a settlement amount which I am not cable of paying. So I asked them to give me at least a three-year monthly plan.
