وضع عقد الإيجار في حالة تأجير السمسار للعقار دون موافقة المالك

مرحبًا،

أنا مستأجر، قمت باستئجار استوديو في مدينة دبي للإنتاج من خلال شركة سمسرة بعد الاطلاع على سند الملكية الصادر عن إيجاري، ووقعت على العقد وحصلت على إيصال الدفع.

جاء مالك العقار صباح اليوم وسألني كيف استأجرت المنزل وأخبرني أنه لم يأذن للسمسار بتأجير العقار نيابةً عنه.

ما هي الخطوات التي يجب علي اتخاذها؟

هل أنا مستأجر قانوني حيث إنهم قدموا لي سند الملكية والعقد وقمت بالدفع مقابل خدمات إيجاري؟

Dear Questioner,

You did all the steps to register your tenancy in the correct way and you have the right to stay.

Nevertheless, since the landlord was entered to this Tenancy Agreement without his consent, he can submit a complaint against the brokerage company.

In this case, the court will decide how the status of the Tenancy Contract will be affected by this specific situation.
