طريقة تغيير الكفيل المواطن لمؤسسة فردية
عزيزي،
لدي مؤسسة فردية وكفيل مواطن بمثابة وكيلي. الكفيل غير متعاون ويصعب الوصول إليه.
أريد أن أغير الكفيل لكنني لا أعرف كيف. هل هناك طريقة يمكنني من خلالها تغيير الكفيل إلى آخر؟
Hi,
While it is not a problem to change your company's local sponsor, certain procedures need to be followed.
The MOA of your company will need to be modified to reflect the new amendments. Furthermore, the relevant Economic Department of the jurisdiction where your company has been established will need to approve the modification.
Kindly note that such changes have to be made with the mutual agreement of all parties involved. We have assisted multiple companies not only in changing their local sponsor, but also providing local sponsors for them.
