Delaying the salary
My employer is constantly delaying the salary of the employees every month sometimes he delays it for a week or two and sometimes he pays on time, can I file a complaint to make him pay on time every month because as you know everyone has loans, credit card bills, rent etc. which must be paid on time and I get a fine for bouncing cheques and late payment charges for credit card?

Yes, you can. However, you will probably lose your job if you do so because the employer will not accept filing complaint against him except it's a group complaint, I mean more than three employees together . Please feel free to contact me. Regards,
