Dear A., Please make a medically-fit certificate and attest it from the notary public, home country embassy, UAE embassy in the home country, MOFA and send it to the UAE and submit the certificate in Ministry of Health. If the Ministry of Health finds it authentic, you get NOC and submit the same to GDRFA in order to get a visa. Once old scars show up in an x-ray, then it will create a problem in getting a visa.
