Claiming labour dues for termination after joining new company
I went on emergency leave and failed to come back due to unavoidable circumstances and even notified my company about it and they terminated me two months before the end of my second contract.
Now I am back and working in another company. Can I get my terminal benefits for the last contract from my previous company?
