Loan settlement with a bank before returning to Dubai
Hi,
I had loans from a bank and paid all instalments on time the 1st year. After that, I moved to my home country Pakistan, so I was unable to pay my dues.
Now, I want to come back to Dubai but I think they filed a case against me. I asked them if I pay AED 5000 and the remaining amount I pay in instalments.
They said "you have to pay 50% then we will release your case," what do I have to do now?

First, we need to check if they filed any criminal case against you and then advise you on the next steps.
I can help you and check the criminal records on your behalf.
In order to do this, I need a Power of Attorney (POA) from you, allowing me to represent you in front of the relevant authorities in the UAE.
I will provide you with the template of the POA after you will send me a scanned copy of your passport, UAE visa and previous Emirates ID.
The POA needs to be notarized and attested by the UAE Embassy in the country of issuance.
Once the POA is notarized and attested, you will courier the original to our office.
Once I receive the original POA, I will attest it here in UAE Ministry Of Foreign Affairs and then check your police and immigration records.
After checking I will issue a report informing you of all your records and advise you on the next steps if there is a possibility to clean your records.
