هل يحق لصاحب العمل إلغاء التأشيرة قبل انتهاء فترة الإشعار؟

In the event that either party fails to serve notice in accordance with the law and/or employment contract provisions, or has waived/reduced the period of notice, the other party is entitled to payment in lieu of notice equivalent to the entire or reduced notice period.

Compensation is calculated based on an employee’s last salary.
