You can sue the policemen who committed such acts with your husband through the public prosecution, who is entitled to request from the military public prosecutor or civil public prosecutor to initiate the proceedings against the policemen for the acts they committed while performing their duty.

This may be submitted to the civil courts and not the military courts.
