How to know if a labor case is registered against a company?

You - the company manager or representative - will be requested to attend before Al Adeed Center where the complaint is filed to meet with the complainer and a mediator to try to settle the complaint amicably.

If a settlement does not occur, the file will be passed to the relevant labor court, then you will be notified again by the court through the company address.
