Even if you are sponsored by your husband or father, you need to have an employment contract from MohRE/free zone before you start work.

Thanks, but I need your advice further on this subject. I was hired by a company and assured that the employment contract is in process.

I worked for 3 months. when I requested to give me the contract, they fired me and didn't pay last month salary.

What can I do now?

WORKING UNDER FATHER'S VISA/ HUSBAND VISA OR EVEN ON VISIT VISA

Unfortunately without an employment contract in place, you do not have an employment case.

I have repeatedly warned that DO NOT work even for one day if you do not have an employment contract mainly because:

1) You will have rights under the law only when you have a MohRe contract (not a private employment contract in English)

2) Any company that is caught employing illegal workers will face an AED 50,000 fine per worker on the first offence, and an AED 100,000 fine per worker on the second offence.

And if the owner of the company is an expatriate, he will be deported and banned from entering the country for life while if the owner is a national, he will be jailed for a minimum of six months.

It is so easy for such employers to hire staff especially those who are on father's/husband visa or on visit visa make them work and dismiss them without paying salary and there is nothing the employee can do.

THEY KNOW THIS AND THEY EXPLOIT THE SITUATION. SO DO NOT WORK if Mohre contract is not processed.

DO NOT WORK if you are on a visit visa. They can test you out during the probation period. Don't be exploited.

Thanks. One more question, please.

Can I complain in MohRe about the company?

Will they be penalised?

And will there be any penality for me as well to work without a permit?

I may not get my dues but I wish that such companies should be penalised for cheating innocent people.

If I am safe I wish to complain.

please advise

You can complain to Mohre only if you had a contract. You may try.
