Dear Questioner,

If your husband came again out of the door, do not open for him.

If he starts to knock on the door in a scary way, at this moment you are the one who should call the police and explain to the police that you already filed a divorce case against him.

I can see that he is defying the law and Sharia rules of the country.

For any further inquiries, please feel free to contact us via phone.

Thank you!

He will tell the police that I'm not allowing him to see his son. How can I get a court order for visitation or restricted visitation?

Even if he will call the police and say the above, he will not be eligible to explain to them why he left the house from the beginning.

My advice to you to start the legal procedures and sue the case in the personal status court in order to obtain a verdict with limited time for the visit.

Than you!

Yesterday, he took my son overnight. I didn't agree and so we were taken to the police.

The police officer arranged for us that he can take him overnight and return the next day at 7 pm.

I called him at 8 pm as he has not returned my son and he said that he will stay with him until we have a court order for divorce.

I feel so helpless now and the police say they can't help since I don't have a court order!

They are the ones who let my son go with him in the first place and now they can't help!

As I told you're from the beginning, do not waste your time sitting and watching your son far away from you.

Please, do register a case against your ex-husband, if you do not know the procedures, please visit our office and we can explain the needful for you.

Please feel free to contact us.

Thank you!
