الإفراج عن جواز سفر الموظف بعد الاستقالة
لقد استقلت من الشركة التي أعمل بها وحصلت على مستحقاتي المعلقة أيضًا. لكنهم يحتفظون بجواز سفري.
وفقًا لهم، سيعطونني جواز السفر ولكن يجب علي أن أحصل على تأشيرة أخرى أو تذكرة طيران إلى بلدي.

Thanks for writing to me.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the employer to make sure that the employee has left the country after the cancellation of the visa.
This can be the reason why the employer is insisting on it. However, it is illegal to hold another's passport and your employer has no right to hold it.
I assume you are in the grace period within which you will have to leave the country. You may file a complaint in the police station or the concerned embassy for the passport.
