الحصول على جواز السفر من صاحب العمل بعد رفضه المثول أمام المحكمة
مرحبًا،
هل يمكنني طلب إصدار مذكرة بالقبض على صاحب العمل إذا لم يأت إلى المحكمة حتى بعد تلقي إشعار قانوني منها؟
لقد استولى على جواز سفري بدون سبب وبعد أن علم أنني رفعت قضية ضده، أجبرني على الحضور إلى مكتبه واستلام جواز السفر لأنه لا يريد الذهاب إلى المحكمة.
هل يجب علي التعامل معه مباشرةً أم أطلب منه الحضور إلى المحكمة لتسليم جواز السفر؟
