What are the requirements to obtain an investors visa in the UAE?

There is no such thing in the UAE investor visas. That said when an entrepreneur starts a business in the UAE and forms a company here, he or she is entitled to a number of visas with the business license. A visa will be provided after the company formation process has been completed. An application is made either directly to the Immigration Department or via the free zone licensing authority to the Immigration Department for the visa.

Thank you for your reply but I would like to clarify. As I knew from before that in case I have a property in Dubai I can ask for an investor visa without opening a company, this information is still valid?

Yes, this is true nevertheless the residence visa is not available to all property owners. In the past the threshold value for properties attracting this type of visa was AED1,000,000. Of late its appears this has risen to AED4,000,000.
