Q: Hi.
Regarding the delayed payments of a credit card, as per the collection agency, a police case was filed last Dec 2017.
Kindly advise me on which service I should better take. I need to travel also but I want to know if it's in the court already.
I got confused with these services. Do I take the check for travel ban and warrant of arrest or check for court case filed against me?

Can I exit the country without clearing my credit card dues?

Q: Hi,
I am an Indian National living in the UAE. I have 1 credit card, I do not have any loan and I also do not have any EMI to pay but I have AED 25000 due to pay for my credit card.
Now I got a job in Saudi Arabia and I am unable to pay all the money at once.
My question is that, can I leave the UAE without paying the due amount? Will it create any issue at the airport while leaving to India on the final exit?

Q: Hi,
I had a few credit card debts in the UAE when I left in 2017.
The banks were following up for the payments, and one by one I paid off all. They have given me a clearance letter too. But I am still afraid to enter the UAE.
Can anyone help me in checking weather I have a possible travel ban or arrest warrant in the UAE?

Can unpaid credit card debt lead to a travel ban in the UAE?
1
Q: Dear Lawyers,
I have a credit card from a bank on which I used AED 20k and stopped paying 3 years ago. Now, third-party agents are approaching me to pay back, and the principal amount is AED 27k.
I said that I used only 20k, so why should I pay 27k? They said it’s the minimum interest for AED 20k.
I agreed to pay 15k with a down payment of 5k and the rest 10k in EMI installments, but they did not agree and are forcing me to pay 27k or a lump sum of 20k.
Now, my question is: is there a possibility of a travel ban for this case, or what action can they take against me?

View allPayment recovery for delay in the delivery of purchased property 0
Hi,
I need to hire a property lawyer.
I have purchased a property that is still under construction. The handover was supposed to be May 2018 and it has been delayed for over 18 months.
Can you please advise what is the average fee to the lawyer and any upcoming fees?
I would like to either receive compensation for the delay or terminate the SPA and receive what I have paid.
Thanks

Is it possible to request a mutual termination of the contract from the employer?
My employer recently asked me to submit a resignation. Since it's not legal for him to do this and since I don't mind leaving the company for better opportunities, is it legal for me to request a mutual termination of contract letter?
What are the important things that should be stated in the letter?
