ما هي الإجراءات الواجب اتخاذها ضد الشركة بسبب تسريح العمال لخفض التكاليف؟
تريد الشركة التي أعمل بها فصلي من العمل لخفض التكاليف ولكنهم قاموا بتعيين موظفين جدد.
حتى الآن لم أتلق أي إشعار رسمي بإنهاء الخدمة، لقد تم إبلاغي بالأمر شفهيًا.
هل يمكنني رفع قضية ضد صاحب العمل؟

Thank you for reaching out to me on this.
Firstly, I would advise that you get the termination letter from the company stating you are terminated due to cost-cutting or whatever reason they may give.
Secondly, take that letter and file a labour complaint before the Ministry of Labour or free zone authority (depending on if you work in mainland or free zone).
You can claim up to three months salary as compensation towards this dismissal as its deemed to be wrongful in nature.
Be careful to collect the letter as verbal termination will be difficult to prove in the court of law.
