Returning back to the UAE after deportation for overstay
Good day Sir,
My wife worked as a housemaid back in 2007 and ran away from the sponsor. She stayed in the UAE for the last two years illegally and in 2010 she surrendered to police and got deported.
Now I want to know if she can enter the UAE as a wife and I can legally be her sponsor.

However, we can check if her name is on the travel ban list.
In order to do this, I need a power of attorney from your wife. I will provide you with the draft of the POA. She needs to notarize it and attest it at the UAE Embassy.
Once the POA s notarized and attested, you will send me the original POA, I will attest it here in MOFA and then perform the checking for her.
After I perform the checking I will send you a report with our findings and our suggestions, in case her name is on the blacklist.
