How to remove a name from immigration blacklist

Good evening, sir!

I am Filipino. I got deported last Friday (Oct/18) due to my nine-day overstay and got deported to the Philippines.

After my cancellation from my previous company (Sept/5), I found a recruitment agency that wanted to hire me as a shadow teacher for special needs and promised to process my visa so they took my passport.

But they just kept my passport and didn't process my visa until I became overstay. Last Sunday (Oct/13), I was caught by the CID on the bus and they directly put me in jail.

The next morning, they brought me to Um Al Queen Emigration and took the eye scan. I was trying to explain my side but they didn't listen. I didn't get any justice. I'm just a victim of the company which didn't keep its words.

I still believe that there is someone who can help me to fix my problem and come back again to the UAE.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I can understand your situation. Any individual who is overstaying in the country without a valid residence visa shall be deported.

Once an individual is deported, he/she cannot re-enter the UAE. This is in accordance with Article 28 of the Immigration Law which states:

"An alien who has been deported may not return to the country except with special permission from the Ministry of Interior".

Generally, once an individual is deported from the UAE, he shall not be permitted to re-enter the UAE and so your chances of traveling back to the UAE looks nominal as the experts have conducted the iris (eye scan) test on you.

This means you are blacklisted from the UAE. To travel back to the UAE, you may grant a power of attorney to one of your friends or a legal counsel in the UAE to check if there is a lifetime ban on you related to entering the UAE.

If there is a lifetime ban, you may permit them to act on behalf of you before the concerned authorities in the UAE and check with them the options of lifting the said lifetime ban on you.

I hope you find this explanation helpful.
