How to remove a lifetime ban due to overstaying while on employment visa
Hello,
I was given an immigration lifetime ban for overstaying on my employment visa. I left the UAE voluntarily in 2015. They did an eye scan too.
I am in Karachi, Pakistan and would like to visit the UAE again. I can provide Passport Copy and Exit stamp... etc.
Can one of your immigration lawyers look at the status of my ban and check if there is a possibility of removing my ban?
Please email me for documentation.

Dear Questioner,
We can check your police and immigration records.
In order to do this, we need a Power of Attorney (POA) from you, allowing us to represent you in front of the relevant authorities in the UAE.
I will provide you with the template of the POA after you send me a scanned copy of your passport, UAE visa and previous Emirates ID.
The POA needs to be notarized and attested by the UAE Embassy in the country of issuance.
Once the POA is notarized and attested, you will courier the original to our office.
Once we receive it, we will attest it here in MOFA and then check your police and immigration records.
After checking we will issue a Report informing you of all your records and advise you on the next steps if there is a possibility to clean your records.
If you wish to proceed, please send me a scanned copy of your passport, visa and Emirates ID on my email, together with a brief of your case.
Best Regards,
Raluca Gatina.
