The process of employment after signing the offer letter

Hello,

I am working in Kuwait for the last 20 years and currently in the capacity of a Manager. One of the local companies has given an offer to Head their office in Dubai.

I have asked them to transfer my visa locally to their sponsorship. How can I be employed to Head their Dubai Office?

Can you please share some information?

Hi there,

Hope you are good.

First thing, they need to send an offer letter which is not really obligatory for them, yet that is the first step.

Secondly, they will send you a contract from MOHRE (labour ministry) and you have to sign it.

After the signature, you have to contact MOHRE to make sure that the contract you've signed is a real contract, which you can check online.

After this, they will start the process of your visa, which can be issued in 2 weeks. After that, you can leave your current company.

If there is any other concern you need to know, you can contact me on the phone.
