Cancellation of partner visa in case of a blocked license

I need to cancel my residency visa which issued by a Fujairah based free-zone, but I haven't renewed my trade license since 2017 due to financial issues.

As of now, I'm struggling to cancel it and looking to apply for employment.

Expecting legal advice for this.

Dear Questioner,

You need to approach the Fujeirah authority and check the procedure with them.

From our experience with other free zone authorities, in order to cancel the visa, you need first to renew the company's license and then apply to visa cancellation or you can liquidate the company.

I would suggest you call them and check their internal regulation.
