Dear Mr G.,

Thank you for reaching out to me on this.

As I understand, you had taken a credit card and defaulted on repayment. In these circumstances, it is highly plausible that the bank would have filed a police case against you in Dubai.

If the terms of the case being registered, you will have a travel ban and an arrest warrant. So I wouldn't  advise you to travel to the UAE while the case is open.

The first step for you is to conduct an inspection of police records and clear the cases remotely from India. Thereafter, you can travel to the UAE without any worry.

Clearing your police case does not mean paying the full principal amount to the bank, but to pay a small fine to the police to lift your case.

I can assist you in the inspection of police records and clearing the police case if you wish.

You can get in touch with me on email or phone (Whatsapp number too) for further discussion and clarification.

I trust you will find this helpful.

Regards,

Hari Wadhwana
