Failing to pay the amount of a judgement by the company owner
What happens if you are not able to pay any money even after the judgement/execution of a civil case? If there are no assets that can be claimed?
There were a genuine business loss and no money to settle with the bank/court.
Please advise

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Thank you for reaching out to me on this.
I completely understand the financial difficulty being faced by you and numerous clients face this.
Firstly, I would like to explain that after the judgement, during the execution process the court will block the company trade license and bank accounts.
Thereafter, the court officials will physically seize office space and assets held by the company (machinery, cars...etc). Basically, everything owned by the company will be seized by the court.
Secondly, the court will apply a ban and arrest warrant against the "Manager" of the company. Not the owners. The Manager will be made to answer the debt as to why the company has defaulted.
Lastly, you may apply for liquidation of the company through Court, which will safeguard your interest and not make you a defaulter especially if you are the Owner and Manager (As per the second point, you can face ban).
We can assist you to get out of this issue with helpful legal loopholes and practical solutions.
You may get in touch with me on email or phone for further discussion and clarification.
