Q: My contract was terminated after four years of service and I have received the End of Service payment to my bank account, but this amount was immediately blocked. I have contacted the bank to release the amount. I also said that I want to continue normal payments of loan instalments. I still have about 24 monthly payments, but the payment is only for 9. Q: My friend is telling me that everything is now connected with the Emirates ID. And once it is cancelled or your visa is cancelled, all connected banks will get a notification, and the bank will cross-check in their system regarding that person's dues, fines, loans. If they found it, they will take immediate action in order to stop that person from leaving the UAE, is this true? Is there any reality in this fact? I do not have any loan, I am paying my monthly minimum credit card payment. Does the credit card bank get to know that I am leaving because my visa/emirates ID is now cancelled? Will they stop me at the airport?
