حقوق المستأجر في حالة بيع العقار

لقد وقعت على عقد تجديد إيجار شقة في إمارة أبو ظبي لمدة عام واحد اعتبارًا من 28 أكتوبر 2019.

يقوم المالك ببيع الشقة في الوقت الحالي ويريد المُلاك الجدد إخلائي من الشقة بعد قضاء فترة إشعار مدتها شهرين من تاريخ امتلاك الشقة.

لا يوجد عقد بيني وبين المُلاك الجدد. هل يعد هذا الأمر قانونيًا؟

The new owner is obliged to respect the signed lease agreement. So, they cannot evict you in 2 months as they claim.

If you continue to receive such harassment, I would advise you to file a complaint to the relevant authorities in Abu Dhabi.
