Clearance of a pending debt and returning to the UAE

12
Q: I am a US citizen with a sizable debt in the UAE after leaving for health reasons. I sustained an injury that required rehabilitation. I do not like how I left the UAE. It eats me up inside.
I miss my brothers/friends in the region. I wish to return to fulfil my obligations. Under fear of arrest, I can not dream of the UAE as home anymore.
However, if I were to be given another chance for employment in Dubai, could I renegotiate new loan terms that would allow me to return?
Thus paying my obligatory debt and satisfying my passion to do what is right?
Thank you in advance.
My salary in the UAE was substantial at over 47k/monthly. The new contract would be more.
Give me some choices on what I should consider.

Checking a bounced cheque case and paying fines from outside the UAE

2
Q: Hi,
I have a cheque bounce case filed against me by the bank in Dubai. The bank is not willing to negotiate at all no matter the solution offered.
How do I pay the fine to resolve the case with Dubai Police while being outside the country? Will I be able to get a visit visa with a pending criminal case?
I would require a visit visa to enter the UAE again. Kindly advise with the possible options to pay the police fine being outside the country.
[Cheque value AED 95,000 and the fine is AED 5,000].

Settling an outstanding loan and getting back to the UAE
0
Q: Dear Madam,
Good morning to you,
I left the UAE last year in Feb 2019 on a leave to bring funds to pay some cards' payments, but unfortunately, I am not able to arrange it and I was depressed because of this matter. I didn’t get back to the UAE.
My visa ends on 25/08/2020 and I am working as a General Accountant in Dubai. I am kindly requesting you to please help and support me on this matter because I want to come and do not want them to add my name to the criminal record and not to feel guilty.
Please provide me with the best way to come back to the UAE. Looking for your kind reply.
Thanking you!

If someone has a case in the UAE, can they travel to another GCC country? 0
Hi.
One of my friends joined a Telegram group. They said, "We will transfer some amount to your account, and your task is to transfer this amount to another account. Once the task is completed, you will get 30 or 50 AED per task."
He completed 3 to 4 tasks, but he realized it was not good, so he stopped. After one week, when he opened his account, it was blocked, and the bank said, "We are conducting an investigation; after this, we will let you know."
After some days, he had an accident and went to his home country. He then received a call from a landline number, which was from the Abu Dhabi police station.
They said, "We have received a complaint against you; come to our investigation department." However, due to his surgery and treatment, he could not go.
After some time, his bank account was reopened, and he did not receive any further calls. I want to know, if he comes back to the UAE or goes to any other GCC country, will he face any problems?
If someone has a case in the UAE, can they travel to another GCC country?
Please advise!

Do I need a license to open an Etsy shop?
If so, which license do I need to sell my products online, including UAE and worldwide?
How much would it cost me?

How can we locate a person with an ongoing legal case? 0
Hello,
I am seeking your legal advice regarding a friend who was previously imprisoned in Abu Dhabi. His case there is now closed, but he has another ongoing case in Dubai.
Currently, we have lost contact with him and are unsure of his whereabouts. How can we check where he is or access any other legal facility?
Are there legal procedures to locate a person with an ongoing case?
What steps should we take to get more information about his status and legal position?
