صدر حكم نقض عن طلب مكافأة نهاية خدمة. جهة العمل لم تقم بالمساهمة في اشتراكات صندوق المعاشات أبوظبي إلا بعد تاريخ الدعوى؛ وعليه صدر الحكم بإلزام المُدَّعى عليها بدفع مكافأة نهاية الخدمة للمدعية. علمًا بأن قاضي محكمة النقض استند إلى تقرير الخبير أيضًا بشأن عدم مساهمة الشركة في دفع الاشتراكات. السؤال: - هل يستطيع قاضي التنفيذ إصدار قرار بخصم المكافأة التي تم الحكم والفصل فيها (درجة نقض)؟ - هل يستطيع قاضي التنفيذ بصلاحياته خصم هذا المبلغ المحكوم به، بعد قيام جهة العمل بتقديم خطاب له وبه كشف حساب لحركة صندوق المعاشات؟

To make it easier: I joined work on 24th June 2018 - The last day was on 7th July 2019. The company is referring based on the labor contract (limited). It says that the contract is from the date I entered the country which is 26th July 2018. Although I was here and I started work on 24th June 2018. Once the task is completed, you will get 30 or 50 AED per task." He completed 3 to 4 tasks, but he realized it was not good, so he stopped. After one week, when he opened his account, it was blocked, and the bank said, "We are conducting an investigation; after this, we will let you know."
